Do I have to pay for something else?
No, you only pay for your subscription plan. Stripe fees are separate and charged by Stripe. We could only charge you for Add-ons if you choose to purchase them.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
No. Enrollait is a cloud-based service that handles the storefront, payments, and Moodle enrollments for you. You just need your own Moodle site running.
Do I need to know how to code to use Enrollait?
No. Enrollait is a no-code platform that allows you to create a storefront and sell Moodle courses without writing any code.
Do students need to pay extra for Enrollait?
No. Students pay for the courses they buy through your storefront. Enrollait is free for students.
Do I need to setup everything by myself?
No. We offer a setup service where we can help you with the entire process. You can also do it yourself using our documentation.
Do I need to have PRO plan to have access to Branding Module
No. you can have Basic plan and purchase the Branding Module as an add-on.
Do you send passwords by email?
No. Students set their password securely through Moodle’s normal password setup/reset flow.
Do you charge Stripe fees?
Stripe fees are separate (charged by Stripe). Enrollait only charges your subscription.
Can I use my own Moodle?
Yes. You bring your Moodle—Enrollait is the storefront layer that turns purchases into Moodle access automatically.
Can I use a custom domain?
Yes—available as an add-on. You can also start on an Enrollait subdomain and upgrade later.
